If you are beginning to screen print or just want to learn how it's
done this is the class for you.
Learning how to screen print is a trial and error process,
but you can avoid costly mistakes by learning how to do it from someone in the business.
All classes are conducted at our Ontario, California Mfg. facility.
Learn in a real production environment.
We are conveniently located less than one mile from the
Ontario International Airport.
We even pick you up and take you back!
Hands-on use of screen printing equipment is coupled with
individualized attention and instruction.

We will explain in-depth, the complete screen printing process, from beginning to finished product.

Use of Plastisol Inks
Popular Trends in Ink Application
Screen Preparation
Coating technique
Wash-out procedure
Preparing the screen for press
Registering the print job, setting the press parameters, correct printing method,
Curing procedure and tear-down after print job complete.
Screen re-claiming, ghost image removal, screen storage.
6-8 hours of hands on class time.
Class will be held on a Saturdays, as scheduled above.
Class size is limited to 5 students to allow for one one one training!
